What goes up, must come down? Really? Well let me tell you, I spent practically the entire day yesterday trying to explain this concept to Buddha. Yes, the dog. He can go up the steps but has not been very successful in going down the steps. He can get up onto the couch(ask me if he is even allowed on the couch..!) but cries until someone helps him off of the couch. So, we are really working on the "down" part of life. Cute as a button, smarter than a 5th grader yet he has to be carried down the stairs. I'm really surprised by him though. I'm not the type of person that is typically an animal lover. Give me people in all shapes and sizes but not so much dogs and don't even show me your cat because they really creep me out! However, Buddha and I seem to have an understanding. I walk him, feed him, run him and pat him on the head occasionally and he gives Joey lots and lots of love! Okay, I have been having a little bit of fun playing catch too. And, we are working on "Paw." Now, if I could just figure out how to get furball to walk down the steps because he is now almost 35 pounds and I can't carry him down the stairs forever!!
